COVID 19 SAFETY GUIDELINES
IMPORTANT NOTE – If you have visited a “Hot Spot” Covid-19 area or are unwell we kindly ask that you do not visit out clinic. ALL NEW CLIENTS to the salon may be requested to provide PHOTO ID to prove residence.
Our COVID safety plans include measures in our salon environment that are a government requirement and are not negotiable.
Thank you for respecting our COVID Safe Environment.
No additional guests in salon that are not receiving treatments. This includes children, carers & partners. Guests will be asked kindly to leave or refusal of service may occur.
A Maximum of one client per therapist at any one time (arrive on time and not early to bookings).
Exclusion of all those who are unwell, even if they have only mild symptoms. Your temperature may be taken upon arrival.
Records of attendance on the business premises for all staff, clients and contractors. You will be required to sign in using the SERVICE NSW QR CODE. Please bring your phone to your booking.
Cleaning requirements in line with restrictions / guidelines. Removal of books, magazines and iPads from waiting areas to reduce the potential for infection. Seating in waiting areas that complies with physical distancing.
Ensure good hand hygiene facilities are available, including at venue entry and exit, and promote excellent hand hygiene by staff. Clients may also be required to wear a mask.
